Wendy Watson

Managing Director & Founder

Wendy believes in the power of a great idea and its ability to transform a brand. An agency veteran, Wendy has more than two decades of experience creating award-winning campaigns that spark conversation, drive engagement and positively impact the bottom line. Wendy has been recognized as one of the 2018 Most Influential Woman in Strategic Communications – Los Angeles by Acquisition International (AI), received the 2018 Business Woman of the Year award from CEO Today, named a 2017 Game Changer by Finance Monthly, nominated for the 2017 CEO Awards and  PRWeek’s 40 under 40 Stars of PR. She has directed campaigns for the world’s most well-known companies including: Anheuser Busch, Disney, HP, Marriott, Mattel, Mercedes-Benz, MGM, Procter & Gamble and Verizon. Previously she served as Executive Vice President of global PR firm, Porter Novelli, working for the agency for 18 years. Her results-driven campaigns have been recognized by dozens of press and marketing organizations including PR Prism, PRSA, PRWeek, ASAE, LuLu, The Ad Club, ACE, CIPRA, IABC, Golden Bell, Marcom and Mercury PR Awards.

Dana Rhoden

Managing Director, Miami

Dana has managed the reputations of more than 150 lifestyle brands from yachts and real estate to fashion, health/beauty, ‘green’ initiatives and consumer brands. In addition to executing national and regional PR campaigns, Dana has built a strong reputation for event management working with clients at the Oscars, Grammy’s, MTV Video Music Awards, MTV Movie Awards, Sundance Film Festival, New York Fashion Week, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week: Swim and South Beach Wine & Food Festival. Dana and Wendy have worked together for more than 15 years, since they first met in the awarding-winning Youth Marketing practice for global PR firm Porter Novelli.

Kim Pierce

Senior Director, Dallas

Kim has more than 20 years of public relations, digital marketing and content development experience.  Kim’s work always steps outside the box and identifies ways to position clients for growth. From leading journalists on a wild mangrove island wave runner tour to providing a power toothbrush to every household in Brush, Colorado for Oral-B, Kim creates campaigns designed to turn heads, inspire loyalty and take business to the next level. Before joining Clearstream, Kim managed accounts with leading agencies across the country, including Porter Novelli Los Angeles, the Zimmerman Agency and Geiger & Associates. Pierce was also the communications manager for Santa Monica Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Jade Swords

Director, Digital

Jade is a digital marketing and content specialist who has worked with some of the biggest and best brands in the country, including ABC Disney, Sony Pictures, Live Nation/Ticketmaster, UCLA Health, and Fox Entertainment. In 2015, she was honored by the Los Angeles Business News as one of the Top 40 “Women of Influence.”  In her most recent endeavor, Jade led the North American team for Shuttlerock, a digital software company.  There, she worked with companies such as Walmart, Ikea, Women’s Health Magazine and Dove, assisting with content creation and overall digital brand development.    

Cynthia Demos

Media Director

Cynthia is a multi Emmy award-winning journalist with 23 years of experience working as a news anchor.  Reporting in 5 different major television markets across the country, she was most recently an anchor/reporter at CBS4-Miami for eight years. She’s interviewed U.S. Presidents, professional athletes and entertainers and has had state policies changed thanks to her investigative reporting. 

Rob Hollander

Creative Leader

Rob is a creative leader and agency veteran with deep digital experience, having worked at Grey Advertising, Ogilvy & Mather, Denstu Aegis’ Carat, XPRIZE, and partnering with senior level execs at Fortune 500 companies driving brand building, digital marketing strategies and omni-channel, customer-centric content development. He has been a trusted advisor helping global brands navigate the complex digital landscape of mobile, social, content and data, driving strategic vision in an increasingly digital world.


Beverly Durham

Director, Multicultural and Philanthropic Communications

Beverly has more than 25 years of experience providing strategic communications counsel to several well-recognized consumer, food and non-profit brands.  She is recognized for guiding organizations to a deeper understanding of who they are and how they make an impact in their community and society overall. She has developed campaigns that influence behaviors through media relations, community outreach and multicultural marketing for brands such as McDonald’s, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Nike, The Muse Rooms, Wells Fargo, Procter & Gamble, Disneyland Parks, the Harlem Globetrotters, Alvin Ailey Dance Theater and Baskin Robbins. Beverly was awarded the 2016 Women of Color in Communications Circle Award for her contributions to the communications industry.  She currently serves as Program Director for ColorComm Los Angeles, Communications Chair for Los Angeles Diversity Council and a committee member for the Debbie Allen Dance Academy Capital Campaign Committee.
